Institutional Disclosure & Risk Notice
GENM is an independent research and publishing platform operated by Zemria LLC. GENM publishes macroeconomic research, systemic-risk analysis, geopolitical frameworks, market observations, infrastructure-risk analysis, data visualizations, analytical models, indicators, signals, scenarios, forecasts, and related editorial and research materials.

Eligibility
GENM and the GenM Terminal are intended for use by individuals eighteen years of age or older and only in jurisdictions where access to such content and services is lawful. By accessing or using GENM, you represent that you meet these requirements and that your access and use are permitted under laws applicable to you.

Publisher Status — No Advisory Relationship
GENM and Zemria LLC are publishers of general and impersonal research, analysis, and information. Neither GENM nor Zemria LLC is acting through GENM as a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, commodity trading advisor, financial planner, or provider of legal, accounting, engineering, security, or other regulated professional advisory services.
GENM does not provide individualized recommendations or advice based upon any user's financial condition, portfolio, investment objectives, risk tolerance, business circumstances, governmental responsibilities, operational environment, or other individual circumstances.
Nothing available through GENM creates or should be construed as creating a fiduciary, advisory, professional, agency, client, consulting, or similar relationship between GENM, Zemria LLC, and any user.

All GENM content is provided strictly for general informational, educational, research, and analytical purposes.

GENM and Zemria LLC disclaim responsibility, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, for errors or omissions originating from third-party sources or arising from the transmission, transformation, interpretation, aggregation, calculation, visualization, or presentation of such information.

Models, Indicators, Signals & Analytical Limitations
GENM may produce proprietary or non-proprietary models, indicators, scores, rankings, thresholds, correlations, scenarios, signals, alerts, visualizations, forecasts, classifications, and analytical frameworks.
These analytical outputs necessarily involve assumptions, methodologies, judgments, data selections, calculations, transformations, classifications, and interpretations that may prove incomplete, inaccurate, or incorrect.
Historical relationships, correlations, trends, patterns, model performance, thresholds, signals, scenarios, forecasts, or previous analytical accuracy do not guarantee future results, conditions, events, market behavior, governmental actions, economic outcomes, or systemic developments.
Models and analytical methodologies may be changed, recalibrated, revised, replaced, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.
No model, indicator, system, analyst, or publication can identify or anticipate every relevant event, variable, disruption, policy action, market movement, geopolitical development, technological failure, natural event, or other condition.

Meaning of GENM Signals, Alerts & Risk Terminology
Terms used by GENM such as "signal," "alert," "risk," "threshold," "diagnostic," "warning," "stress," "pressure," "systemic," "regime," "transmission," and similar terminology describe editorial or analytical classifications within GENM's research methodology.
Such terminology does not constitute personalized investment advice, an investment recommendation, a professional warning, governmental warning, safety instruction, trading instruction, prediction, guarantee, or direction to take or refrain from taking any action.
The existence of a GENM signal, alert, threshold, or warning does not establish that an event will occur. The absence of a GENM signal, alert, threshold, warning, article, or other publication does not establish that an event will not occur or that risk is absent.
GENM does not guarantee that any risk, condition, event, or development will be identified, detected, analyzed, published, or communicated before, during, or after it occurs.

Artificial Intelligence, Automation & Computational Systems
GENM may use software, automated computational systems, algorithms, statistical processes, artificial-intelligence-assisted tools, and other technologies in connection with research, data processing, analysis, visualization, classification, editorial development, quality review, and publication.
Such systems may produce errors, omissions, inconsistencies, anomalous results, incorrect classifications, inaccurate calculations, fabricated or unsupported outputs, or other unintended results.
Where human editorial review is used, such review does not guarantee that every error, omission, inaccuracy, unsupported conclusion, or technological failure will be identified or corrected.
Users should independently verify information before relying upon it for consequential decisions.

Publication Date & No Continuing Duty
GENM materials reflect information, methodologies, interpretations, and conditions available or considered at the time of publication unless expressly stated otherwise.
Economic data, financial markets, geopolitical conditions, governmental policies, infrastructure systems, technology, and other circumstances may change rapidly.
Unless required by applicable law, GENM and Zemria LLC undertake no continuing obligation to update, revise, supplement, correct, withdraw, republish, or notify users regarding previously published research, models, signals, forecasts, thresholds, conclusions, or other materials.
Continued availability of previously published material does not mean GENM considers that material current, accurate, complete, or suitable for present circumstances.
Neither access to GENM nor subscription to the GenM Terminal creates a duty on the part of GENM or Zemria LLC to identify, predict, detect, communicate, publish, or warn any person or entity regarding any particular risk, event, development, condition, or potential loss.

Conflicts & Financial Interests
GENM, Zemria LLC, and their owners, employees, contractors, contributors, analysts, or affiliates may hold financial interests in securities, companies, industries, currencies, commodities, funds, technologies, or other assets discussed or affected by matters appearing in GENM publications.
Unless expressly disclosed, publication of GENM research should not be interpreted as a representation regarding the existence or absence of any particular person's financial interests.
Where compensation, sponsorship, advertising, affiliate relationships, or other material commercial relationships require disclosure, GENM will provide disclosure as appropriate.

Service Availability & Force Majeure
GENM and the GenM Terminal may be unavailable, delayed, interrupted, modified, suspended, or discontinued temporarily or permanently.
GENM does not guarantee uninterrupted access, continuous data availability, real-time delivery, delivery of any particular alert, signal, report, publication, or communication, or that any communication will reach a user before an event or condition occurs.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, neither GENM nor Zemria LLC shall be liable for failure or delay resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, governmental action, labor disputes, power failures, internet or telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, infrastructure failures, or failures, interruptions, or changes involving third-party technology, hosting, software, data, or service providers.

"As-Is" and "As-Available"
All GENM content, data, analytics, models, indicators, tools, publications, communications, and services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GENM, Zemria LLC, and their owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, contributors, analysts, affiliates, licensors, and service providers disclaim all warranties and representations, whether express, statutory, or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, reliability, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
No representation or warranty is made that GENM will meet any user's requirements or that any particular analytical result, signal, alert, forecast, publication, or outcome will occur.

User Conduct & Indemnification
Users may not use GENM or the GenM Terminal unlawfully, interfere with its operation, circumvent access controls, misrepresent GENM content, engage in unauthorized automated extraction or scraping, share restricted credentials, or reproduce, redistribute, republish, syndicate, or commercially exploit protected GENM materials except as expressly authorized by Zemria LLC or applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GENM, Zemria LLC, and their respective owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, contributors, analysts, and affiliates from and against third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable costs and attorneys' fees arising from your unlawful use of GENM, violation of these terms, infringement or misuse of another party's rights, unauthorized redistribution or exploitation of GENM materials, or other misconduct attributable to you.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GENM, Zemria LLC, and their respective owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, contributors, analysts, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, consequential, punitive, operational, trading, investment, economic, business, reputational, data-related, or other losses or damages arising out of or relating to:
GENM content; third-party information; data or data errors; models; indicators; signals; alerts; forecasts; analyses; publications; omissions; delays; technological failures; service interruptions; use of or inability to use GENM; or any decision, action, allocation, investment, transaction, operational intervention, or failure to act based upon or allegedly based upon GENM materials.
This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability and even if GENM or Zemria LLC has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.
Nothing in this section is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the aggregate liability of Zemria LLC arising from or relating to GENM shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the claimant to GENM during the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or $100 if no amount was paid, subject to any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Dispute Resolution & Governing Procedure
Disputes arising from or relating to GENM or the GenM Terminal shall be handled in accordance with the governing law and venue provisions herein. Any formal alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, including binding arbitration and any related waiver of jury trial or class proceedings, will be implemented only as expressly detailed in finalized terms approved by Zemria LLC and presented to users as applicable.

Suspension & Termination
Zemria LLC may suspend, restrict, or terminate a user's access to GENM or the GenM Terminal, subject to applicable law and applicable subscription terms, for violation of these terms, unauthorized redistribution, scraping, credential sharing, circumvention of access controls, fraudulent or unlawful activity, misuse of GENM services, or conduct that threatens the security or operation of GENM.
Zemria LLC may also modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of GENM or the GenM Terminal, subject to applicable contractual obligations and applicable law.

Governing Law & Venue
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and subject to any valid arbitration agreement, these terms and any claim or dispute arising from or relating to GENM, the GenM Terminal, its content, services, subscriptions, or use shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Subject to applicable rights that cannot lawfully be waived and any valid arbitration agreement, exclusive jurisdiction and venue for matters properly brought in court shall lie in the applicable state and federal courts located in Lancaster County, Nebraska.

General Provisions
If any provision of these terms is determined to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited, modified, or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect to the extent permitted by law.
These terms, together with GENM's applicable Terms of Service, Subscription Terms, Privacy Policy, Institutional Risk Notice, and Methodology Disclosures, constitute the applicable agreement between the user and Zemria LLC concerning GENM, subject to any additional terms expressly accepted by the user.
No failure or delay by Zemria LLC in exercising a right under these terms constitutes a waiver of that right.
Zemria LLC may modify these terms from time to time. Changes will be identified through an updated version number and effective date. Material changes may be communicated to users and, where required by applicable law or determined appropriate by Zemria LLC, may require renewed affirmative acceptance before continued access to affected services.
A user's rights and obligations regarding changes remain subject to applicable law.
