GENM — PRIVACY POLICY
Version 1.3 — September 9, 2026
Operated by Zemria LLC, Lincoln, Nebraska

At GENM (accessible at genm.com), operated by Zemria LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the information you share with us. This Privacy Policy details how we collect, use, process, and safeguard data gathered through GENM, the GenM Terminal, and related platforms (the "Service").

  1. Information We Collect
We collect only the personal information necessary to deliver our intelligence, administer subscriptions, maintain account security, and operate the platform:
    • Account & Identity Data: When you sign up, create an account, or subscribe, we collect your email address, name, username or profile identifier, and institutional affiliation (if provided).
    • Transaction & Billing Data: All payment processing and recurring paid memberships are handled directly by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. Zemria LLC does not store, view, or process full credit card numbers, card expiration dates, or CVV security codes on its servers. Cardholder data is tokenized and governed directly by Stripe's privacy and security standards.
    • Technical & Usage Data: We collect standard system log information and operational telemetry, including Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, session durations, referring URLs, pages visited, feature interactions within the GenM Terminal, and email open/click tracking. This information is used to ensure platform stability, optimize research delivery, and detect unauthorized multi-seat account sharing or automated scraping.
    • Direct Inquiries: Communications, feedback, or support queries submitted via email or platform forms.
  2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is processed strictly for legitimate operational, contractual, and business purposes:
    • Delivering access to gated institutional research, member dispatches, models, signals, downloadable charts, and PDF intelligence decks.
    • Processing subscription enrollments, recurring billing cycles, tier upgrades, and passwordless authentication sessions via Ghost.
    • Transmitting essential account updates, system downtime notices, billing receipts, and administrative service alerts.
    • Enforcing our Terms of Service, protecting proprietary analytical assets, and monitoring against credential sharing, programmatic data harvesting, or network attacks.
    • Evaluating aggregate engagement trends to refine our systemic risk coverage and platform architecture.
We do not sell, rent, license, or trade your personal information or email address to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
  3. Third-Party Service Providers & Infrastructure
We partner with established third-party infrastructure providers to deliver our publication and terminal architecture:
    • Ghost Foundation: Operates as our content management system, membership engine, and user authentication infrastructure.
    • Stripe: Serves as our merchant payment gateway for secure billing execution, payment tokenization, and subscription state management. Stripe's Privacy Policy
    • Email Delivery Infrastructure: Utilized to transmit transactional notifications, authentication magic links, and publication dispatches.
    • Cloud Hosting & Storage Providers: Host our server infrastructure, secure databases, data visualizations, and downloadable research deliverables.
All third-party vendors access user data solely to execute contracted operational services and are obligated to maintain robust technical and confidentiality safeguards.
  4. Cookies, Local Storage & Session Tokens
The Service utilizes essential cookies, local storage tokens, and session identifiers to:
    • Authenticate your identity and keep you securely logged in across platform pages.
    • Verify that your account holds the required subscription tier for gated intelligence.
    • Preserve dashboard preferences, chart parameters, and interface configurations.
    • Identify anomalous traffic patterns and prevent credential abuse.
You can configure your browser to block or refuse cookies; however, doing so will disable authentication and prevent access to members-only Terminal features.
  5. Data Retention & Your Rights
We retain personal information on file for as long as your account remains active or as required by applicable law (including retaining transaction logs for accounting, statutory tax compliance, and fraud prevention).
Depending on your jurisdiction of residence (including rights under state and international privacy frameworks such as the GDPR, CCPA, or applicable state laws), you may:
    • Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
    • Request correction of inaccurate or outdated personal details.
    • Request the deletion of your account credentials and personal records, subject to ongoing legal or regulatory compliance obligations.
    • Opt out of non-transactional research dispatches at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link located in the email footer.
To exercise any of these privacy rights, submit a written request to service@genm.com.
  6. Security Safeguards & Global Data Transfers
We implement technical, physical, and organizational security measures—including modern Transport Layer Security (TLS/SSL) encryption for all data in transit—designed to protect your personal data against accidental loss, unauthorized access, alteration, and misuse. Data is stored on secure cloud servers located within the United States. While we maintain rigorous administrative protocols, no method of electronic transmission or cloud storage is 100% impenetrable.
  7. Children's Privacy
The Service is designed exclusively for adult professionals and institutional decision-makers. We do not knowingly solicit, collect, or maintain personal data from individuals under eighteen (18) years of age.
  8. Policy Updates
Zemria LLC reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect operational, legal, or technical changes. Modifications will be posted directly to this page with an updated version number and effective date. Continued access or use of the Service following posted modifications constitutes your acknowledgment of the updated terms.
